A1:Sure, we accept sample order to enable you to evaluate our products’ performance & appearance, pacakge. We can also send to your appointed customers to test directly.

A2:Yes,OEM and ODM orders are bothwelcomed. 

Just talk with our sales team about your requirement details, Such as, silkprint logo on item itself, customized labels,user manual, carry case/ gift box, Item color change, or even design a new mould, ect.

A3: All the products have 4 inspection procedures: Material inspection, Half-finished products inspection, Aging testing and Finished product inspection. Each item is 100% self-inspection before shipment.  

A4: 1-Year warranty and Full-life training or maintaince. Generally, we will add 1-2%free spare parts in your official large qty.
If the damaged products are proved due to our quality problem, we will provide free replacement. 

If it is the men-made problems,we also send the spare parts with our bottom price.

A5: Firstly, order our products ≥ 8 models,  and meet the MOV per season/ year.
Then we will authorize your company as our distributor with an Authorization Letter.
